2013 ASPT Election Results
On behalf of the American Society of Plant Taxonomists I want to thank all of the members who agreed to run for office, and for their willingness to serve ASPT. For the new office holders, we look forward to your ideas, leadership, and teamwork. I also want to thank Nominations Committee for their work in providing a good slate of candidates and the many folks who worked over the last several years to revise the Bylaws.
Pat Herendeen was elected President-Elect
Susana Magallon and Melissa Luckow were elected Council Members-At-Large
Adoption of the the proposed changes to the Bylaws passed
Total ballots returned = 439
Total number of eligible voters = 1321
Percent of ballot return = 33.2%
